Work Package B: Task 4
Unified theory of transport mediated by quasiparticles with topologically non-trivial energy dispersions
Since our tasks address issues related to both electron and magnon transport in low- dimensional systems, we are going to investigate similarities and differences between the transport properties of these quasiparticles. The goal of this task is to emphasize differences resulting from, e.g., different statistics, as well as similarities of the modeled Hamiltonians and topological aspects of these quasiparticles. One can think, e.g., about the comparison of model Hamiltonian for topological insulator and magnon topological insulator.
